THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1557 OF 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed, under Section 115 of CPC, challenging the order dated 31.12.2015 in O.P.No.651 of 2010 on the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition as the matter has been settled out of the court. A letter dated 20.4.2017 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
