THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23118 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners state that they are the legal representatives of Sri S.Jagannadham, who was the original owner of lands in Survey Nos.66 (Ac.1.28 guntas), 67 (Ac.0.16 guntas), 68 (Ac.0.28 guntas), 69 (Ac.0.13 guntas), 70 (Acs.4.07 guntas), 86/A (Ac.3.08 guntas) and 87/A (Acs.3.02 guntas) totally admeasuring Acs.13.22 guntas situated at Nagaram

Village, Keesara Mandal in Ranga Reddy District. When the officers tried to trespass into the said land, LRA No.2 of 2005 was filed on the file of the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy, and interim injunction was granted in I.A.No.2876 of 2008 on 23.03.2009, and the said order is in force. At the instance of some third parties, when the respondents were trying to provide electricity service connection, the petitioners submitted representations dated 04.04.2015 and 22.06.2015. In spite of the same, when respondent Nos.2 to 4 are going ahead, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submits that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not providing any electricity service connection, as alleged in the Writ Petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel agreed for recording the said submission.

Recording the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
