Subhash Reddy) This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 18.10.2013, passed in I.A.No.2912 of 2013 in S.A.No.135 of 2012 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents sought for by way of present I.A. are supplied along with the copy of the counter.

If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to produce such documents in the S.A. in support of his claim and as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this revision petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
