THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.27753 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 without any notice to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it under law. No order as to costs.
