THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9828 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed against the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the petitioner/A3 in P.R.C.No.39 of 2008 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, vide docket order dated 26.06.2015.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to quash the impugned order. However, it is open for the petitioner/A3 to surrender before the Court below within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today and file appropriate application to recall the warrant. In such an event, the Court below shall dispose of the application of the petitioner/A3 on the same day on which it is filed on reasonable terms, in accordance with law.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
