THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No. 15215 OF 2007 ORDER:

Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 01.02.2017 before the Registry stating that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and, therefore, he is intending to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary.

In view of the said request in the letter, the writ petition is posted today under the caption, 'for withdrawal'. Learned counsel for the petitioner while affirming the contents of the letter seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. Recording the submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty for the writ petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary, provided the law permits.

Pending Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
