THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.4319, 4322, 4325 and 4326 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in all the Civil Revision Petitions is one and same, they are heard together and being disposed of by this common order.

The respondents herein filed different suits for eviction of the petitioners herein from the suit schedule premises and hand over vacant possession of the same, for damages for use and occupation of the premises and also for future mesne profits. Along with the suits, the respondents filed interlocutory applications seeking a direction to the petitioners to hand over possession of the suit schedule premises. The said applications were allowed with a direction to the respondents to vacate the schedule premises within three months and hand over vacant possession to the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision petitions are filed.

By order dated 12.10.2015, this Court, while ordering notice before admission of the civil revision petitions, granted interim stay of eviction of the petitioners from the suit schedule premises on condition of their depositing the admitted rents due and payable to the respondents within a period of four weeks.

Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have secured alternative accommodation and they are taking steps to vacate the suit schedule premises within a period of three months i.e., by 01.04.2016 and the rents will be paid to the respondents till the date of vacating the premises.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

revision petitions can be disposed of recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration.

Since the petitioners themselves state that they are taking steps to vacate the suit schedule premises by 01.04.2016, this Court need not go into the other aspects.

In view of the same, all the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of, by recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners will vacate the suit schedule premises and hand over the vacant possession of the same to the respondents by 01.04.2016 and the rents will be paid to the respondents till the date of vacating the premises. However, the enquiry with regard to damages for use and occupation and future mesne profits may go on. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision petitions shall stand dismissed.
