Kuram Tirumala Ram Prasad, v. Union Of India,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.354 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners complain inaction in disposing of the representation dated 19.12.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
The Court has difficulty in appreciating the inaction complained in the writ petition. The petitioners are expected to wait for sometime before they call the respondents in not acting in the matter. These averments are wanting in the case on hand. The writ petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the writ petition, it is made clear, does not preclude the petitioners to file writ petition complaining inaction, if the inaction really subsists. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
