THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.18855 OF 2000 ORDER:

On 8.12.2017 when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.12.2017, on which date also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 12.12.2017. On 12.12.2017, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and then, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.12.2017. On 13.12.2017 when the matter was listed, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.12.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioner.

The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
