The case of the petitioner is that he made application for survey of the subject land i.e. Ac.1.60 1⁄2 cents in RS.No.266/1 in Konduru Village, Kalidindi Mandal, Krishna District and the same was rejected by the 6th respondent vide endorsement dated 14.06.2016. The case of the petitioner is that she filed appeal before the District Collector and the same is not being disposed of till today.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that since the order is passed by the Assistant Director, Survey and Land records, petitioner has to prefer appeal before the Regional Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make appeal before the competent authority. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the competent authority within four weeks and on such appeal being filed by the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law,
within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the said appeal.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
