ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"..... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the Order of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad dated 09-02-2016 in O.A.No.198 of rejecting Petitioner's prayer for promotion to the post of Town Planning Officer without reference to the criminal case registered in the year 2009 and the related

C.C.No.91/2013 pending on the file of the Special Judge for ACB Cases, Nellore overlooking the Order passed in O.A.No.7247 of 2015 dated 29-12-2015 and quash or set aside the same as being erroneous, irrational and in violation of provisions of Article-16 of the Constitution of India and further, be pleased to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Town Planning Officer without reference to C.C.No.91/2013 pending on the file of the Court of Special Judge for ACB Cases, Nellore or in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257 General Administration (Ser.C) Department dated 10-06-1999."

After arguing the case, Mrs. A.Deepthi, learned counsel representing Mr. V.Ravi Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.17054 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
