HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.202 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to punish the respondent for willful violation and disobedience of order of this Court, dated 10.11.2016, passed in W.P. No.37437 of 2015. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that the order of this Court in WP No.37437 of 2015, dated 10.11.2016, has been complied with. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petition filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of.
