The Court made the following:

CONTEMPT CASE No.272 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court disposed of the Writ Petition No.4312 of 2008 on 28.04.2009, directing

the first respondent in the writ petition to take final decision on the letter dated 10.11.2008 addressed by the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District at Lakdikapool, Hyderabad, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Alleging violation of the said orders of this Court, this contempt case is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader informs that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 28.04.2009, the decision was already taken and orders were passed in Memo No.4766/Assn.V(1)/2009, dated 30.01.2010 rejecting the proposal submitted by the District Collector. However, it is the case of the counsel for the petitioners that no such decision is communicated to the petitioners. The copy of the said decision was served on the counsel for the petitioners on the last occasion. Learned Government Pleader further informed that copy of the decision was not served earlier and is now dispatched to the parties also.

3 . Having regard to the same, contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail remedies as available in law against the order of rejection dated 30.01.2010. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
