THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.25986 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents for not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.05.2014, for appointment as permanent fair price shop dealer in respect of the shop No.4 of Madakasira Town, Anantapur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that an order was passed on 19.09.2014 rejecting the request of the petitioner for appointment as permanent fair price shop dealer and nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.09.2014 by filing fresh writ petition, if he so chooses. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
