THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2911 OF 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners/ Accused Nos.6, 8 to 11 in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.23 of 2022 on the file of Gadwal Rural Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 452, 307 read with 149 IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.6, 8 to 11, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and perused the record. 3.

Petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.6, 8 to 11. As seen from the remand report of Accused Nos.1 to 7, 14 to 16, the allegations against the petitioners is that they were attacking the accused. The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 and 14 were released on regular bail. All are women and there are no specific overtacts against the petitioners, who are Accused Nos.6, 8 to 11.

In the said circumstances, the petitioners/ accused Nos.6, 8 to 11 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Gadwal Rural Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District within 15 days from today and upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/Accused on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties to the like sum each to their satisfaction.

The petitioners/ accused Nos.6, 8 to 11 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required. 6.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
