CVNR, J & GSP, J Crl.A.No.664 of 2011 Dt: 06.03.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Criminal Appeal is filed by the brother of the deceased Ronda Padma feeling aggrieved by Judgment, dated 27.01.2011, in Sessions Case No.641 of 2009, on the file of the XIII Additional Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet, whereby respondent Nos.1 to 4/accused Nos.1 to 4 were held not guilty of the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 r/w 34 IPC and were acquitted.

Mr.T.Nitender Singh, learned Counsel representing Mr.T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that his client is not interested in pursuing this Appeal and that he intends to withdraw the same. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant is placed on record and the Criminal Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
