As the impugned order, dated 27.06.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.40 of 2017 in D.V.C.No.4 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, is prone to appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, before the Court of Session-the appellate Authority.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of giving liberty to file appeal within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for that the learned Sessions Judge entertain the appeal, without insisting the period of limitation, and decide on own merits. 3.

Having regard to the above, the criminal petition is disposed of 4.
