As none appeared and no representation was made on behalf of the petitioneraccused on 18.03.2015 and 17.04.2015, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner-accused.
