2. Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not acting upon his application submitted through Dharanr portal vide Application Nos.2300065B44 and 2300065855 dated 11.04.2023, in respect of the lands admeasuring to an extent of Acs.13-32 guntas in Survey No.178 and Acs.19-12 guntas in Survey No.179 situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District
3. The Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application of the petitioner.
4. ln view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the application of petitioner vide Nos.2300065844 and 2300065855 dated 11.04.2023 for removal of "Notional Khata/House Sites" in respect of the subject land, by issuing notices to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders in accordancts with law
\r within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of \ this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
