Order :

The Order passed by respondent No.2, as far back as 23.04.2015, placing the petitioner under suspension, is challenged before this Court nearly six months later.

A perusal of the impugned order of suspension shows that the petitioner has, allegedly, indulged in serious cash and ticket irregularities.

Mr.N.Praveen Reddy, learned Counsel

representing Mr.N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, submitted that post suspension of the petitioner, charge sheet was issued, enquiry was completed and an order of removal has also been passed on 27-10-2015.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition itself has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as such.
