Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 493 of 2013 on the file of Police Station, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar District for the offence U/Sec. 448,379,323, 504, 506 and 34 lPC, and same may be quashed by exercising jurisdiction under Section zA2 Cr.P.C. l.A. NO: 2 OF 20'1S(CRLPMP. NO: 179 OF 2015) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuant to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 493/2013 on the file of Police Station, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar District including the appearance of the petitioners in connec{ion with said case, pending disposal of the main Criminal Petition.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri ASHOK REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner representing M. DAMODAR REDDY, Advocate and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for Respondent No. 2 The Court made the following: ORDER

HON'BLE DT. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA , CRIMINAL PETITION No.2L7 OF 2015 ORDER:

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.493 of 2013 of Jadcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, the present Criminal Petition is fi1ed.

2. Sri Ashok Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel on record for the petitioners submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
