HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11513 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the Tahsildar, Charakonda Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, is not taking action to effect mutation in their favour in relation to the land admeasuring Acs.9.24 guntas in Survey No.197 of Seriappareddypally Village, Charakonda Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, despite their submitting applications in the prescribed format.

Perusal of the record reflects that online receipts were issued on 01.01.2019 to both the petitioners in relation to submission of their applications in Form VIA under Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule-18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989.

Having received such applications as per due procedure, it is incumbent upon the Tahsildar concerned to take appropriate action thereon expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Charakonda Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' applications submitted in Form VIA expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
