This criminal petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 5, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.77 of 2015 on the file of V.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(1) read with Section 8(c) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 5 along with another accused alleged to have been found in possession of huge quantity of 160 Kgs of ganja, which is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 5.
