Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In fact, the sole ground on which the transfer of FCOP.No.596 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur, is sought, is bias attributed by the Presiding Officer for the reason that certain applications are already allowed and, therefore, the petitioner apprehends that the Presiding Officer may favour the respondent - wife.

The affidavit is perused. It is bereft of relevant details and, certainly, the petitioner cannot be encouraged to get the relief of transfer of the aforesaid FCOP from one file to another file on the ground of bias. There is no merit in the application.

Hence, the transfer CMP is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present petition, stand closed.
