Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, preserving liberty to his clients to avail the remedies in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
