wp_28653_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Order dated 22-06-2017, whereby the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') while admitting O.A.No. 1457 of 2017 ordered notice returnable in four weeks, is questioned in this Writ Petition. 2.

In answer to a query, Sri Siva, learned counsel, representing Sri Ch.Ganga Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that though the notice time of four weeks had expired, the Tribunal has not listed the case for passing appropriate order. He sought to argue the case on merits. 3.

Since the O.A. as well as the request for interim relief are pending before the Tribunal, we do not find it appropriate to hear and adjudicate the case on merits. As the main grievance of the petitioners relates to non-disposal of the application for interim relief, the petitioners are permitted to move the Tribunal for an urgent hearing of the case for passing an appropriate interim order. On such application being filed, the Tribunal shall entertain the same and pass appropriate interim order in accordance with law after hearing both sides as expeditiously as possible.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 35624 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
