HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3548 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash docket order dated 8-6-2017 in C.C.No.81 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-XV Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal. The case is under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused. Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial court on or before 2nd April, 2018 and move an application for recall of N.B.W. in which case, the trial court shall recall N.B.W. issued against it on 8th June, 2017 till 2nd April, 2018. The N.B.W. issued by the trial court shall be kept in abeyance.

This Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
