ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the impugned proceedings No.APCBTMP/KMM/567-69/M, dt.29.08.2008 issued by respondent No.3 terminating the services of the petitioner without conducting any domestic enquiry and without affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as being arbitrary and illegal, and consequently, sought a direction to set aside the said proceedings dt.29.08.2008.

From the docket proceedings, it is seen that as there was no representation for the petitioner on earlier three occasions. On 08.07.2010 this Court directed the writ petition to be listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL" on 15.07.2010. It appears, though the matter was not listed on the said date, when the matter was listed and called on 30.01.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Taking note of the earlier docket proceedings and to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL". 3.

Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is

dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order granted by this Court, if any, shall stand dissolved. No order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
