Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
Petitioner claims to be the landless poor person and is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.1-34 cents in Sy.No.583/4 and Ac.0-10 cents in Sy.No.584 of Bandarlapalle village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. Recognizing his possession and enjoyment, his name was mutated in some revenue records, obtained pattadar pass book and title deeds. Requesting to reflect his name in all the revenue records, application in FormVI A was submitted and the same is pending consideration. 3.
Having regard to the said submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Ramakuppam-3rd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and in accordance with the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
