HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10456 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/defacto-complainant under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.167 of 2014 of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A I.P.C. and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) The defacto-complainant, A1, who is authorized to represent A2 and A3 and A4 in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.167 of 2014 of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
