Learned Government Pleader produced the order of the Division Bench dated 31.03.2017 made in W.P.M.P.No.14238 of 2017 in W.P.No.11447 of 2017 granting suspension of the orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.398 of 2015, dated 24.11.2015.
