OFFICE NOTE 27.02.2025 SKS,J I.A.No.1 of 2024 This application is filed praying this Court to relax condition No.iii in order dated 18.06.2024 only to the extent of the petitioner appearing before the concerned Police on every Tuesday for the purpose of interrogation as and when required till filing of the charge sheet.

Heard.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is already filed. For the reasons explained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the I.A. is ordered relaxing condition No.iii only to the extent of the petitioner attending before the concerned Police.

However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the Investigation by appearing before the Investigating Officer whenever his presence is specifically required.
