ORDER:-
Heard.
2. Alleging inaction on the part of the fourth respondent in considering the claim of the petitioners under the Inams Abolition Act, 1956, the present writ petition is filed. Petitioners have produced a copy of the notice issued by the fourth respondent in Rc.No.220/2011A dated 13.07.2015 fixing the date of hearing as 20.07.2015. Petitioners, however, state that the matter was not taken up and was adjourned and that LR petitions were also pending and an application for summoning of the records is also filed.
3. Learned government pleader for Revenue, on instructions, states that the fourth respondent has already fixed a date for hearing, but the same was adjourned on the request of the petitioners and would re-fix an early date and take appropriate decision in the matter including hearing and disposal of the interlocutory applications.
4. Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to fix an early date after issuing notice to all the parties, hear the interlocutory applications as well as the main application, as expeditiously as possible, and take appropriate decision in the matter preferably before the end of December, 2015.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
