THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.30141 of 2015 and 27353 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:
When the matters are taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel had contended that the present writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.2480 of 2021 and batch dated 27.07.2021.
In view of the above submission, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.2480 of 2021 and batch dated 27.07.2021.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had further contended that Ooracheruvu tank is in, which would mean that it falls under the control of Gram Panchayat.
Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had contended that these writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.2480 of 2021, as the State Government had taken a policy decision to put all the tanks in the State for granting fishery rights of the tanks in the State. The case of the petitioner would be considered in G.O.Rt.No.268 dated 23.07.2021.
Therefore, these writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.2480 of 2021 and batch dated 27.07.2021. No costs.
Registry is directed to annex copy of W.P.No.2480 of 2021 and batch dated 27.07.2021 to this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
