ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the respondents are not paying the pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

In WPMP.No.39712 of 2015 in Writ Petition No.30744 of 2015, filed with an identical grievance as in the present case, this Court by order, dated 21.9.2015, has directed the respondents to consider the representation, dated 11.3.2015, of the petitioner therein and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with

Rule-52 of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules.

Mr. P.Venkateshwer Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that a similar direction may be issued to the respondents.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding payment of pension to her and communicate the decision to her within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.45344 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
