THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7620 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly on nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent herein in issuing a impugned order dated 30.12.2015 in posting the petitioner to Tuni depot instead of retaining at the Depot Ravulapalem as illegal and unjust as it is violative of existing instructions issued by the 1st respondent in circular instructions dated 28.02.2009 apart from it is violative of articles 14, 19, 21 of Indian Constitution and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to modify the impugned transfer order issued in proceedings No E1/813(06)/2015/RM/RJY dated 30.12.2015 by retaining the petitioner at the same Depot Ravulapalem and to pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances and facts of the case."

2. Heard Sri V.Ramakrishna, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Regional Manager, East Godavari Region APSRTC, Rajahmundry - 2nd respondent herein on 05.02.2016 and the same has not been disposed of so far. It is further requested by learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the learned standing counsel. This

Court considers the said request as reasonable.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner herein, directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 05.02.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
