ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18.12.2015 passed in WP.No.32614 of 2015. 3.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation which is pending before it arising out of Judgment dt.12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

Office is directed to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015.
