Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the O.P.No.77 of 2016 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Siddipet, Medak District, which is sought to be withdrawn and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Jagityal, was withdrawn, consequently, the petition became infructuous. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
