THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2994 of 2022 ORDER:

This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet in Crl.MP.No.136 of 2020 in Crime No.95 of 2020, dt.17.06.2020, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioners-Accused Nos.3 and 4, they were directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Suryapet Rural on every Saturday between 10 a.m. to 12 Noon, till the case is committed to the court of Sessions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioners are abiding by the conditions imposed by the trial Court which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet in Crl.MP.No.136 of 2020 in Crime No.95 of 2020, dt.17.06.2020, directing the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Suryapet Rural on every Saturday between 10 a.m. to 12 Noon, is hereby relaxed.
