THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12221 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief/s:- "....to issue a Writ or Writs or Order or Orders more particularly Writ of mandamus in nature by declaring the action of the Respondent Authorities in interfering with the construction work of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and may be pleased to further direct the respondent authorities not to interfere with the construction work undertaken by the petitioner herein and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity."

2. On 25.04.2012, this Court had passed the following interim order:- "Notice before admission.

Post after vacation.

Meanwhile, the respondents are restrained from interfering with the construction of the petitioner provided that the petitioner shall made construction as per the plan. This order, however, does not come in the way of the respondents to take action, if the petitioner makes constructions in deviation of the plan."

3. At the hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that in view of the earlier orders dated 25.04.2012 of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and that the writ petition may be disposed of accordingly.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly, as no further orders need be passed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
