THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.11573 OF 2019 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that she studied M.A. (English), M.Sc. (Psychology) and B.Ed., with an intention to serve in the field of education. She has worked in private schools and thereafter, she wanted to start a school of her own. She approached the respondents by making an application through online in accordance with rules. The fifth respondent communicated the same to the sixth respondent vide proceedings dated 25.04.2019 and the fifth respondent directed the sixth respondent to visit the petitioner's school and submit detailed inspection report with specific remarks. The sixth respondent visited the petitioner's school and submitted detailed inspection report dated 08.05.2019 which reads as under:- "It is submitted that the management has applied for permission to open to classes Pre-Primary to VII (E.M.)
during the year 2019-20. The management has provided the building consisting of cellar + five floors which is have only one entrance. Separate parking is provided, the gas agency office in the ground floor is going to be closed. In view of the above, permission to open new school with classes PP to VII (E.M.) for the year 2019-2020 may be accorded in respect of GLOBAL CHAMPS SCHOOL, EAST HANUMANAGAR, BODUPPAL, MEDIPALLY MANDAL, MEDCHAL DISTRICT."
But till today, no orders are passed by the fifth respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.
Since the fifth respondent called for report and the sixth respondent submitted the same, it is for the fifth respondent to consider the same. Since the academic year has already stated, it is not known why the fifth respondent kept the application pending. In view of the same, the fifth respondent is directed to take action and pass appropriate orders in accordance with rules within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
