When the matter was listed on 21.01.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same was directed to be listed today 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter is called in the morning as well as in the afternoon, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP shall stand dismissed.
