HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS MACMA NO. 1439 OF 2005 JUDGMENT :

Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-Insurance Company, filed a letter dated 13.7.2015 before the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the MACMA. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
