The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's rights over the land in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Survey No.49/2 of Kopparthy village fields, C.K. Dinne Mandal, YSR Kadapa District under the guise that the same is taken possession for the development of industrial estate without following due process of law as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's rights over the said land.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the original file containing the resumption orders dated 01-06-2007. That being the position, the petitioner has to question the

resumption order. The petitioner is at liberty to question the said proceedings in appropriate forum, if he is so advised. However, the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, C.K. Dinne Mandal, YSR District is advised to send a copy of the said resumption order to the petitioner by registered post acknowledgment due to the address furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________ C.
