THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7851 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners are owners of the subject land and they are not being issued pattadar pass books and title deed in respect of the subject land and their names are not being mutated in the revenue records.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that if petitioners applies in Form-6A to the 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, the 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action in this regard.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to apply to the 4th respondent in Form-6A for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and on receipt of such application, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in that regard within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt such application and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
