This Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is directed against the order, dated 15.07.2015, in I.A.No.1 of 2015 in E.O.P.No.2 of 2014 passed by the Election Tribunal-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kovur.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that as no cause survives for adjudication, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
