The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M SALEEM Advocate for the Petitioner, Public Prosecutor for the Respondent and the Court made the following.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/accused is in the advanced stage of pregnancy.

Learned Public Prosecutor on getting instructions from the concerned police submitted that the petitioner due to advanced stage of pregnancy was admitted in District Head Quarters Hospital, Ongole and provided with medical aid.

In that view of the submission, the matter is posted before the next Vacation Court for hearing.

Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to produce the Case Diary file and get ready.
