This petition is filed under Section 457 read with Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to release the vehicle bearing No.AP13 AD 8702 (Bajaj Pulsar) seized in Crime No.198 of 2014 on the file of the Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the said was ended in acquittal and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
