ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance in the writ petition is his suspension is invalid and illegal. Whereas the prayer sought in the writ petition is to take action against the incumbent president which is entirely different from the claim in the writ petition. The order of suspension is also not filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy against the order of suspension.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
