When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he is challenging the orders of reversion and submits that now as the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, the cause in the Writ Petition may not survive.

In view of the above said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
